We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Finishing to oversee garment finishing operations and ensure product quality, production targets, and timely order completion.

• Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily garment finishing operations, including thread trimming, pressing, folding, tagging, packing, and final presentation.
• Ensure garments meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production targets, workflow, manpower utilization, and finishing efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and Packing teams to resolve quality issues and minimize rework.
• Ensure timely completion of orders according to shipment schedules.
• Monitor defects, wastage, and productivity, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile or a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in garment finishing.
• Strong knowledge of garment finishing processes, quality standards, and packing requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage production targets and meet tight shipment deadlines.
