Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase and sales invoices in Tally.
• Record sales orders, purchase orders, receipts, expenses, and payments in Tally.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Verify pick tickets, purchase orders, and shipping records.
• Review warehouse and freight invoices and record expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Record and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable in Tally.
• Track open sales orders, new purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status by PO.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports in Excel.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in garment export or a trading company.
• Strong skills in Tally and MS Excel.
• Experience in inventory, sales accounting, and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
