Procurement Supervisor – Oil & Gas / EPC
Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction
Location: Saudi Arabia (Dammam)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: Undergraduate Degree
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Strong Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction procurement experience.
- Experience managing the complete procurement cycle: RFQ, quotation evaluation, negotiation, PO and delivery.
- Strong vendor/supplier management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience with ERP/Procurement systems; SAP/SAP Ariba is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Saudi Arabia/GCC Oil & Gas experience is highly preferred.
- Saudi Aramco-related project/contractor experience is an advantage.
Key Skills: Procurement Planning, Vendor Management, RFQ/RFP, Tendering, Commercial Evaluation, Negotiation, Purchase Orders, Expediting and Cost Control.
