Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive organic traffic growth. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, optimize website content, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our digital platforms rank highly on search engines. Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value search terms aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML tags to improve search engine rankings and click-through rates.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
  • Manage and enhance content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, ensuring SEO-friendly architecture.
  • Utilize SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through strategic link-building campaigns to boost domain authority.
  • Analyze web analytics data from Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Use Google Tag Manager for tracking user interactions and conversions effectively.
  • Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in search engine marketing (SEM).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution across diverse industries.
  • 7+ years of experience in SEO
  • Strong understanding of search engines’ ranking factors including metadata, keywords, backlinks, and site structure.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development basics for technical SEO adjustments.
  • Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to maximize website performance and user engagement.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research tailored for e-commerce or service-based websites.
  • Skills in social media management as part of integrated digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience with web analytics tools for tracking user behavior and campaign success metrics.
