Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with clients' business goals and target audience.
• Manage and monitor day-to-day campaign performance, budget, and KPIs to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to craft effective and high-performing campaigns.
• Regularly analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to continually optimize and improve campaign performance.
• Work closely with the creative and content team to create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of driving successful campaigns with a strong understanding of various paid advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and make decisions based on data.
