Job Title: Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)
Shift Timing: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (UK Time)

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to handle multi-channel paid acquisition across both Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting high-demand local service industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Manage lead generation strategies for home service verticals: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roofing, and Home Cleaning.
- Set up, test, and maintain proper tracking setups (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Call Tracking).
- Write compelling direct-response ad copy tailored to local service markets.
- Monitor performance daily, reallocate budgets to high-performing campaigns, and lower overall CPL.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager effectively.
- Strong background in local lead generation for home services or contractor niches.
- Proficiency with conversion tracking, campaign analytics, and landing page funnels.
- Professional written English skills for copywriting and performance reports.
Benefits & Compensations:
- Attractive Salary: PKR:60000 - PKR:70000 per month
