Job Summary

Softini Solutions is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team. This role is perfect for fine arts/design students, recent graduates, or aspiring visual artists looking to build a professional portfolio within a fast-paced software house environment. Working alongside our marketing and UI/UX teams, you will turn ideas into engaging visual content for social media campaigns, brand marketing, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Graphics: Create visually striking and platform-optimized posts, stories, and carousels for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Branding & Marketing Assets: Assist in designing corporate identity materials, including banners, posters, flyers, slide decks, and digital newsletters.
• Collaboration with Content Team: Work closely with our video editors and content creators to design static overlays, thumbnail graphics, and typography layouts for video content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs match Softini Solutions' official design guidelines, color palettes, and brand voice.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or a related field (Self-taught designers with a strong portfolio are equally welcome) Matric & Intermediate candidat also consider.
• Software Expertise: Good foundational command of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Design Basics: A solid understanding of core design principles, including color theory, layout balance, grid systems, and typography.
• Portfolio: A digital portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or a Google Drive link) showcasing creative school projects, concepts, or personal work is required.
• Soft Skills: Ability to receive constructive feedback, collaborate effectively across teams, and manage task deadlines.
