About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of software development and automation projects. In this role, you will work closely with developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking software development projects.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, sprint progress, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Support Project Managers during Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and escalate them when required.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track bug resolutions, software releases, and deployment schedules.
