Positions are available at our three branches in Karachi:

• DHA, Phase V, 26th Street, Badar Commercial, Karachi.
• Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, NIPA Roundabout
• North Nazimabad, Block D, 5 Star Roundabout

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: You can apply for morning or afternoon shifts:

• Morning: 10 am to 7 pm
• Afternoon: 2 pm to 11 pm

Requirements:

• Intermediate to Masters
• 2+ Years Customer Service experience in a fast paced organization in an office based environment.
• Excellent command and speed on computer, CRM, WhatsApp
• Excellent Communication and Conversation Skills
• Understanding of Pakistani family, cultural, and Islamic values
• Prior experience in counseling, matchmaking, sales, or client handling is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive discussions with maturity and discretion
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality

• Counsel and guide clients regarding marriage and relationship matters
• Understand client preferences and suggest suitable matches
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between potential matches
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
• Maintain proper records and client profiles
