Role Summary

The position is responsible for driving efficient People Operations through effective HR policies, processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role partners with the VP, People Operations on HR projects, special initiatives, and organizational programs while ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Draft, update, and roll out HR policies, processes, and the HR Manual, ensuring changes are clearly communicated, consistently followed, and properly implemented
• Manage end-to-end HR process documentation, identifying gaps and improving People Operations workflows for efficiency and scale
• Employee contract management, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance throughout the employment lifecycle
• Lead People Operations audits and ensure ongoing compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policy
• Partner closely with the VP, People Operations to plan, execute, and track HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Support the VP, People Operations in HR budgeting
• Execute special projects and organizational initiatives assigned by the VP, People Operations.
• Support the rollout of broader employee and organizational initiatives (e.g., engagement programs and learning interventions) in partnership with relevant teams

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, or similar HR support role
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, employment law, and best practices
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/Sheets)
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
