Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all core human resource functions. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in either the Healthcare or Technology sector and possess strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Support organizational growth through workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Partner with department heads to address staffing and organizational needs.
  • Drive company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Mandatory experience in either the Healthcare or Technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Experience in performance management and talent development.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or relevant HR certification.
  • Experience managing a team and handling strategic HR initiatives.
  • Exposure to organizational development and change management practices.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
