Full job description

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll Management.

  • Proven experience handling payroll for a large workforce (2500+ employees preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with payroll processing, attendance management, and employee data management.

Job Description:-

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large employee headcount while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, deductions, incentives, and final settlements for payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy within HRMS systems.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports, and management dashboards.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other departments regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee benefits, statutory deductions, and salary disbursements.
  • Analyze HR and payroll data using advanced Excel functions and reporting tools.
  • Support HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll and HR operational efficiency.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
