Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, visionary Head of HR to lead our client's human capital strategy. The ideal candidate is a change agent with a strong multinational background, proven track record in HR automation, and deep expertise in building compliant, high-performing organizational policies. You will be responsible for modernizing HR infrastructure, streamlining operations, and fostering an agile culture aligned with growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Policy Development: Architect, review, and enforce robust organizational policies and procedures to ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and global best practices.
• HR Automation & Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS, automated payroll, performance management, and digital onboarding systems to boost efficiency.
• Organizational Change Management: Drive cultural transformation, agility, and employee engagement initiatives that align talent strategy with business growth.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Audit current HR processes, minimize statutory risks, and resolve employee relations, grievance handling, and legal compliance matters effectively.
• Talent Development & Performance Management: Redefine performance evaluation frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs to retain top talent.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Overall Experience: 10 to 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with mandatory background in a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
• Policy Expertise: Minimum 10 years of dedicated experience in policy drafting, rollout, and enforcement.
• Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-SCP or SPHRi certification preferred).
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in digitizing HR operations and leading large-scale organizational change.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Karachi.
