The Human Resources (HR) Department is responsible for managing an organization's most valuable asset—its people. The HR Manager oversees recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, payroll coordination, employee relations, workplace policies, and compliance with labor laws. The department also promotes a positive work environment, resolves employee concerns, develops HR strategies, and ensures that organizational goals are achieved through effective workforce management. By fostering employee engagement and supporting professional growth, the HR department contributes to the overall success and productivity of the organization.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
