Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all HR and administrative functions, ensuring effective workforce management, policy implementation, employee relations, compliance, and efficient management of Head Office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
● Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention.
● Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
● Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
● Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development initiatives.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
● Manage compensation and benefits processes and coordinate payroll activities.
● Drive employee engagement, training, and organizational development programs.
● Support succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
Administration & Head Office Operations
● Oversee all administrative, facility management, and Head Office operations.
● Manage office administration, security, transportation, housekeeping, and vendor management.
● Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of Head Office departments and support services.
● Develop and implement administrative policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
● Coordinate cross-functional administrative activities to ensure operational efficiency.
● Monitor administrative budgets and implement cost-control measures.
● Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and regulatory standards.
● Maintain an efficient and professional corporate office environment.
Requirements
● Minimum 15 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and workforce management.
● Proven experience managing corporate office administration and HR operations.
● Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in HRMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
● Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
