At Nai Subah Youth Empowerment Trust, we empower individuals with visual impairments by providing education, vocational training and independent living skills. We are looking for a proactive and organized Supply Chain & Health & Safety Lead to ensure efficient procurement, transportation, logistics and a safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Procurement

• Manage procurement of training materials, project supplies and operational items.
• Maintain inventory and vendor database while ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
• Ensure proper procurement documentation for audit purposes.
• Handle outdoor procurement activities when required.

Transport & Logistics

• Coordinate transportation between students, teachers and drivers.
• Manage driver schedules, transport requests, route planning and deliveries.
• Ensure vehicle availability for official activities and maintain transport records.

Health & Safety

• Develop, implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, emergency drills and incident investigations.
• Organize first aid, fire safety and evacuation preparedness.
• Deliver Health & Safety orientation and awareness sessions for staff and students.

General Administration

• Maintain accurate procurement, transport and Health & Safety records.
• Support departmental audits and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation and maintenance of institute assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration and Health & Safety (NGO or training institute experience preferred).
• Health & Safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA) will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and workplace Health & Safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Empathy and commitment to working with persons with disabilities.
