Position: Patient Scheduling Representative (US Medical Practice)
SYNC BPO is looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our growing US healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments for US medical practices.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Verify patient information and insurance details.
- Maintain accurate appointment records.
- Provide excellent customer service while following HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a clear accent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in medical scheduling, call centers, or customer support is preferred (training may be provided to suitable candidates).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Shift
Monday – Friday
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
