About the company
Billwise handles the full revenue cycle for US healthcare practices: insurance verification, coding, claim submission, denial management, and recovering unpaid claims from American insurance companies.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage directly with US medical practices, navigating past front-desk staff to speak with the physician or practice manager responsible for billing decisions. You'll qualify each prospect by identifying genuine pain points, then schedule a meeting for our closing team to close the deal

You are not expected to close deals. Your job is to create real opportunities and hand them over properly.

Day to day tasks

  • Outbound calls to US medical practices and clinics
  • Get past gatekeepers to reach the decision-maker
  • Ask real questions: who does their billing now, how bad are their denials, how much money is sitting unpaid
  • Book the meeting, confirm it, hand it over with notes
  • Log every call and outcome in the CRM
  • Follow up on warm leads until they convert or close out
  • Hit weekly call and monthly meeting targets

Who we want

  • 0 to 12 months of outbound calling experience on a medical billing or US healthcare campaign
  • Clear, confident spoken English. You will be talking to American doctors and office managers every night.
  • Willing to work the night shift, on-site
  • Coachable. We will retrain you from the ground up and we expect you to take feedback daily.
  • No deep billing knowledge needed. training provided.

Breakdown of Pay and Incentives

  • Rs 40,000 to 55,000 monthly basic, based on what you can demonstrate
  • Rs 1,500 for every qualified meeting that actually takes place. Most companies pay you nothing until a deal closes, which you do not control. We pay you for the part you do control.
  • Rs 15,000 when a client you sourced goes live and starts billing
  • [1]% of the revenue we collect from that client for their first 3 months
  • No cap on meetings booked or clients sourced
