Job Description

Advanced IT and Healthcare Solutions (AIHS) is looking for motivated fresh graduates who are eager to build a professional career in the U.S. healthcare industry.

This is an opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare operations, medical administration, insurance processes, and U.S. healthcare workflows.

No prior experience is required. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals supporting U.S. healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day U.S. healthcare operations.
• Review and process medical documentation.
• Support medical billing and insurance verification activities.
• Assist with healthcare administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams.
• Learn and follow U.S. healthcare workflows and documentation processes.
• Follow applicable workplace and compliance procedures.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work onsite during the USA night shift.

Microsoft Office Skills
