Manager Accounts – NCCI Hospital, Karachi

NCCI Hospital is seeking a competent, experienced, and detail-oriented Manager Accounts to manage hospital billing, revenue recovery, consultant payments, welfare organization billing, and healthcare funding portals.

Key Responsibilities

Hospital Billing: Supervise billing for all private patients, panel companies, and other institutional clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Panel Recovery: Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up with panel companies, and ensure timely recovery of payments.

Welfare Organizations: Prepare, verify, and submit bills and claims for welfare organizations, ensuring proper documentation and timely reimbursement.

Sehat Card Portal: Manage billing, claim submission, documentation, and follow-up through the relevant Sehat Card portal.

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal: Handle billing, claims, documentation, portal-related work where applicable, and payment follow-ups for patients covered under Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal.

Consultant Payments: Calculate and process consultants’ professional fees and revenue shares according to approved agreements and hospital policies.

Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile patient bills, receipts, outstanding balances, consultant shares, and payments received from various organizations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare regular reports on billing, collections, outstanding receivables, and revenue performance for management.

Internal Controls: Ensure proper record-keeping, accuracy of financial transactions, and compliance with hospital policies and applicable financial procedures.

Coordination: Liaise with the Billing Department, Finance, Medical Records, consultants, panel companies, and welfare organizations to resolve billing and payment issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance will be an advantage.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and billing, preferably in a hospital.

Practical experience in hospital billing, panel claims, receivables recovery, and consultant revenue-sharing arrangements.

Familiarity with Sehat Card and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal billing and claim procedures will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and online billing portals.

Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
