WE ARE HIRING | FRONT DESK MANAGER (Male) and Assistant Front Desk Manager (Female)
Location: Sports Pavilion Club, Rawalpindi
Department: Club Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Sports Pavilion Club is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to manage front-desk operations and deliver an excellent experience to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day front desk and member services operations.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience for members and guests.
- Supervise front-desk staff, including duty rosters, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, requests, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, Finance, HR, and other departments.
- Ensure implementation of club SOPs, policies, and service standards.
- Maintain daily operational reports and complaint records.
- Support club events, activities, and special member programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in front desk, club operations, hospitality, hotel, or premium customer service.
- Experience in a members' club, sports club, hotel, or recreational facility will be preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
