Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive hotel operations experience, and the ability to manage multiple departments while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
• Supervise, train, and motivate departmental staff to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor operational standards, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
• Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and hospitality operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
