Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, attendance monitoring, and administrative support. Successful candidates demonstrating strong performance, professionalism, and commitment may be considered for a permanent position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
- Assist in preparing HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and other correspondence.
- Organize and manage employee files and documentation.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Assist in attendance monitoring and leave management.
- Support payroll-related documentation and record keeping.
Employee Relations
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related requirements.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree completed or currently enrolled in Human Resource Management, Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
