Role Overview
As a Human Resource Associate, you will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in human resources while gaining exposure to global HR practices.
You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives and administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and HR record management.
- Maintain HR databases, trackers, and personnel files with accuracy.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support HR-related workflows and deadlines.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
- Screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR tools, ATS, or HRIS is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
