Job Type: Internship (Leading to Permanent Employment Based on Performance)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, attendance monitoring, and administrative support. Successful candidates demonstrating strong performance, professionalism, and commitment may be considered for a permanent position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and manage employee files and documentation.

Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Assist in attendance monitoring and leave management.
  • Support payroll-related documentation and record keeping.

Employee Relations

  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree completed or currently enrolled in Human Resource Management, Business Administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
