Role: Remote HR Intern (No Stipend Internship)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday , 4-Hour Daily Work (between 9 AM – 4 PM PKT)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 4 Months
Compensation: No stipend
Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree completed;

What You’ll Do

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting internships/jobs
• Help screen applications and schedule interviews
• Maintain and organize HR documents and spreadsheets
• Support onboarding processes and communication with candidates
• Coordinate with team members and respond to HR-related queries
• Participate in HR planning and internal communication tasks

Requirements

• Background in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Reliable internet and PC/laptop
