Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.

You will support the HR team in daily operations, especially in recruitment, coordination, and employee management tasks. This internship is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on basic criteria
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data

Candidate Coordination

• Communicate with candidates for interview updates and follow-ups
• Assist in conducting initial screening calls (where required)
• Ensure a smooth interview coordination process

HR Operations

• Support onboarding processes for new employees
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Assist in preparing HR reports and basic documentation

Administrative Support

• Help manage attendance and HR-related records
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Coordinate with different departments when needed

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior internship or exposure to HR is a plus

Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR concepts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Work Environment & Hours

• Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including 1-hour break)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
