Full job description
We are looking for an 'IT Lead 'to take charge of all IT department matters. You’ll head day-to-day IT operations and supervise IT staff, lead the IT project implementations like ERP implementations, ensure system maintenance, and make sure our technology supports the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead IT operations, help desk, infrastructure, and network support across group entities
- Support the group-wide Odoo/ERP implementation, extending to all modules
- Set and enforce IT security policies, backup, and disaster recovery procedures
- Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, licences, and budget
- Plan and prioritize IT projects and report progress to management
- Work with department heads to deliver their technology requirements
- Lead and mentor IT staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
04–05 years of experience in handling IT operations.
Location
DHA, Karachi
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
