ibex Pakistan is hiring A Levels, O Levels, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree candidates for its Global Customer Support team. The role involves assisting international customers through voice calls and chat while providing professional and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues when required.

Requirements

• A Levels or O Levels required.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• American or neutral accent preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 years with a valid CNIC.
• Willing to work rotational evening and night shifts.
• Previous experience is preferred but fresh candidates can apply.

Shift Details

• Rotational shifts between 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM.
• 9-hour shift including break.
• Night shifts are mandatory.
• Two days off per week.
