Head of Project (Import & Export) – FMCG

Job Description (JD)

  • Lead and manage import and export operations for FMCG products.
  • Develop and implement international trade strategies and project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments.
  • Manage shipment schedules and resolve logistics issues efficiently.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Oversee documentation and regulatory requirements for international trade activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • Experience in Import & Export operations, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs, and trade regulations.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
