Position: Visa Processing Officer

We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our visa processing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage visa application files for clients.
• Ensure complete privacy and confidentiality between clients and the company.
• Stay updated with changing immigration policies, embassy requirements, and country-specific visa regulations.
• Accurately complete and submit visa application forms.
• Assist clients by providing guidance regarding visa documentation and application procedures.
• Maintain organized records and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred).
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also apply if they have relevant knowledge or a strong interest in visa processing work.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• Good communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday only
