Shift: Night Shift (US Working Hours)

About the Role A fast-growing international organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale its Pakistan operations supporting a large retail network in the United States.

The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving organizational performance, implementing scalable processes, and leading multiple departments including Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Analytics, and Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage company-wide operations and service delivery.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive productivity, accountability, and performance management across departments.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational controls.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational excellence while supporting rapid organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and multi-functional departments.
  • Strong background in operations, process improvement, and organizational scaling.
  • Experience supporting international or US-based businesses is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA or equivalent executive-level qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work in night shifts.
