Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Contact and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Prepare and present competitive insurance quotations.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, terms, conditions, and exclusions clearly to customers.
- Negotiate with clients and insurance companies to secure suitable terms and premiums.
- Follow up consistently on quotations and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month
