Job Title: IT Intern

Location: I-8, Islamabad
Employment Type: Paid Internship (Leading to Permanent Employment)
Stipend: PKR 45,000 per month
Shift: Rotational (Primarily Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern who is eager to build a career in Information Technology. This internship is designed for individuals with a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and challenges.

The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working alongside experienced IT professionals. High-performing interns will be considered for a permanent position based on their performance, learning ability, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
• Help troubleshoot system, network, and peripheral device problems.
• Perform routine system checks and basic preventive maintenance.
• Support IT inventory management and documentation.
• Assist in software installation, updates, and user account management.
• Follow IT security policies and best practices while handling company assets.
• Document technical issues and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preffered.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing) will be an advantage.
• Understanding of computer troubleshooting fundamentals.
