What You'll Do
- Chat with customers online and answer their questions quickly
- Solve problems and provide helpful and friendly responses
- Keep conversations professional and positive at all times
- Follow up on pending issues and make sure customers are satisfied
- Maintain records of daily chat interactions
- Hit daily targets and keep customer satisfaction high
Who We Are Looking For
- Female candidates only
- Strong written communication skills in English or Urdu
- Fast typing and basic computer knowledge
- Must have a working laptop/PC and stable internet
- Can work independently from home without supervision
- Honest, reliable, and a good team player
