JOB SUMMARY

Floret Capitals is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated students and fresh graduates interested in Sales, Business Development, Financial Markets and Client Relationship Management.

This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to Pakistan's financial markets, including PMEX and PSX operations, while developing professional communication, sales and client-handling skills. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in business development activities within a brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Assist in identifying potential clients through various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain prospect databases.
• Support lead generation campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

• Assist in communicating with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Support client onboarding activities where required.

Sales Support Activities

• Assist the sales team in achieving departmental objectives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and sales discussions.
• Support promotional and awareness campaigns.

Market Research & Analysis

• Learn the fundamentals of PMEX and PSX markets.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends.
• Conduct competitor and customer research.
• Assist in preparing market insights and business reports.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Update client records and maintain documentation.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
• Support departmental projects and assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management Sciences, Commerce Or any related discipline
