We are seeking a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Junior Digital & Social Media Marketer to support our marketing team in executing successful digital campaigns and strengthening our online presence.
Job Overview
As a Junior Digital & Social Media Marketer, you will assist in managing social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, content planning, and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals looking to expand their expertise in performance marketing and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Support Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Conduct competitor research and identify emerging digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Assist in SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and community management activities.
- Help optimize campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
- Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and digital advertising principles.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
