Enaara Facilities and Management's site office "MSR Madison Square Mall, Saddar" is looking for an energetic, presentable, and customer-focused Waiter to join our vibrant Food Court team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering a pleasant and efficient dining experience to our mall visitors, ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times across rotational duty assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to available seating in the food court
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly, neatly, and at the correct temperature
• Monitor assigned tables throughout the meal and attend to customer needs proactively
• Clear and reset tables quickly after customers leave to maintain seating availability
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area, tables, and surrounding food court space
• Assist in restocking condiments, napkins, cutlery, and other table essentials
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff and cashiers for smooth order flow
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Rotate across different food court stations and duty areas as assigned by the supervisor
• Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and special events at the mall

Requirements

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a food service/hospitality role preferred
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professionally presentable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-footfall food court environment
• Comfortable with rotational duties across different stations and areas
• Physically fit and able to stand and move for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safe serving practices
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as per shift schedule

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
