We are looking for passionate and motivated Computer Science graduates who want to build practical experience in both software engineering and business development. This internship is designed for individuals who want exposure to technical development along with client communication, sales, and project acquisition.

This is a unique dual-track opportunity where interns will work on:

• Mobile application development
• Web and software development projects
• Client communication and requirement gathering
• Lead generation, bidding, and business growth activities

Based on performance, skills, and interest, successful interns may transition into a full-time role in either the development team or the business development team.

Important Note: This is an unpaid internship program. After successful completion, selected interns may receive a full-time employment offer with a starting salary range of PKR 25,000 – 40,000, depending on their technical abilities, performance, and overall contribution.

Software Development Responsibilities

Interns will get hands-on experience with real-world software projects and will be responsible for:

• Developing mobile applications using React Native
• Creating responsive websites and web applications using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, and WordPress
• Assisting development tasks using modern frameworks such as TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, or related technologies
• Working with APIs, third-party integrations, and database systems including MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
• Performing debugging, testing, and assisting with deployment processes
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers to create modern and user-friendly interfaces
• Following Agile development practices and maintaining proper technical documentation

Business Development Responsibilities

Interns interested in business growth will learn and assist with:

• Finding potential clients and generating software project leads
• Supporting proposal creation and bidding activities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and direct client outreach
• Communicating with clients to understand their business requirements
• Preparing project summaries, proposals, and basic documentation
• Coordinating between clients and technical teams
• Learning software sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in learning both technical and business skills

Technical Skills Required

Candidates should have basic understanding of:

• JavaScript, PHP, React, TypeScript, or Java
• Frontend frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js
• React Native fundamentals
• Database concepts with MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Version control systems like Git/GitHub
• REST APIs and software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Soft Skills

• Confidence in interacting with clients
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Candidates with knowledge of the following will have an advantage:

• WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure
• SEO, digital marketing, or analytics tools
• Interest in emerging technologies like AI/ML, Blockchain, and automation
