Job Summary
Naeem Trading Company is looking for a Cashier with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be responsible, accurate, and capable of managing daily cash transactions, record-keeping, and cash reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier
- Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong numerical and accounting skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of cash handling and daily cash reconciliation
- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and record all cash and bank transactions
- Generate and maintain daily cash reports
- Reconcile cash collections with sales records
- Ensure proper documentation of receipts and payments
- Maintain cash balances and petty cash records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash summaries
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding cash records
- Ensure compliance with company cash-handling procedures
