Position: Marketing Intern

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

The Marketing Intern will support the overall marketing department in day-to-day marketing, branding, digital, research, and promotional activities. Key responsibilities include:

* Assist in planning and executing overall marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

* Support social media management, including content planning, posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement.

* Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other vendors for marketing materials.

* Assist in creating marketing content, captions, campaign ideas, presentations, and promotional communication.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis*to identify market trends, pricing, promotions, and new opportunities.

* Visit markets and retail outlets when required to observe product availability, visibility, merchandising, competitor activities, and customer response.

* Support brand management activities, ensuring consistency of branding across different marketing materials and channels.

* Assist with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including Meta, Google, website, and other online platforms.

* Help monitor basic campaign performance, leads, engagement, reach, and other marketing KPIs.

* Assist in customer and consumer research, including surveys, feedback collection, and analysis.

* Support the marketing team in organizing events, exhibitions, activations, seminars, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

* Coordinate with the sales team for marketing support, promotional materials, market feedback, and campaign execution.

* Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, Excel sheets, databases, and campaign summaries.

* Support product development and packaging projects through competitor research, design coordination, and consumer feedback.

* Assist in managing and updating website content, product information, promotional offers, and digital listings where required.

* Identify potential influencers, content creators, business partners, and collaboration opportunities.

* Maintain records of marketing materials, campaigns, vendors, quotations, and promotional activities.

* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content, promotions, and brand growth.

* Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Learning Opportunities:

During the internship, the intern will gain practical exposure to *brand management, digital marketing, social media, market research, campaign planning, retail marketing, sales coordination, events, consumer behavior, product development, and marketing analytics*.

Preferred Skills
