We are looking for a passionate Vibe Coder who embraces AI-powered software development and enjoys building scalable, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, or similar tools to accelerate development while ensuring high code quality.
• Transform product ideas into functional applications by combining strong engineering fundamentals with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate multiple data sources into scalable systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following modern software engineering best practices.
• Debug, test, optimize, and deploy applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to rapidly prototype and deliver new features.
• Work with Git, modern development workflows, and agile methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest AI development tools, frameworks, and engineering practices to continuously improve productivity.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Full Stack or Node.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Windsurf, or similar AI developer assistants.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, and application security.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning emerging AI technologies and integrating them into the software development lifecycle.

This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job & the starting salary would be 50K-60K as per professional experience + other allowances.

The position is available within VT ISB & PSH Offices, The ISB Office is adjacent to G-13 Metro Station Srinagar highway, whereas the Peshawar Office is at Jawad Towers, Uni Road - you can switch to any at your convenience.
