URGENT HIRING | OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM | US Timing
We are looking for a professional and experienced Operations Manager who can confidently manage teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Strong leadership & team management abilities
- Experience in operations/management
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Ability to monitor team performance and productivity
- Excellent reporting, follow-up & organizational skills
- Ability to report directly to the CEO
- Professional, responsible & proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and team activities
- Monitor performance and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions
- Prepare regular updates and reports for the CEO
- Ensure a productive and professional work environment
Experienced candidates preferred
