Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Accountant Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, billing, accounts records, and financial documentation. The candidate will be responsible for accurately handling payments, maintaining daily sales records, reconciling cash, and supporting the accounts department in routine financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare and process customer bills accurately.
• Maintain daily sales, cash, and expense records.
• Reconcile cash received with daily sales and billing reports.
• Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, refunds, and expenses.
• Verify bills, invoices, purchase documents, and supporting records.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor and record petty cash transactions.
• Coordinate with the restaurant management and accounts department regarding financial matters.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in cash, billing, or accounts.
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation.
• Assist with supplier payments, expense recording, and invoice verification.
• Perform data entry and maintain records using MS Excel or accounting software.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Accountant, Cashier, Accounts Assistant, or similar role.
• Experience in a restaurant, buffet, hotel, or food business will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of cash handling, billing, and basic accounting.
• Good command of MS Excel and basic computer skills.
• Experience with accounting or POS software will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, responsible, and organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Minimum B.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month
