Role Overview

Wrap Lab is looking for energetic and career-focused Management Trainee Officers – Restaurant Operations who want to build their career in the hospitality and QSR industry.

This role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong interest in restaurant operations, team management, customer service, branch performance, and shift execution.

The selected candidates will be trained on branch operations, service flow, kitchen coordination, customer handling, SOPs, hygiene standards, delivery operations, stock control, reporting, and team supervision.

The goal of this program is to develop future Shift Incharges and Branch Leaders for Wrap Lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day branch operations under the supervision of the Branch Manager
• Support shift execution during dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations
• Assist in monitoring service speed, order accuracy, and customer experience
• Coordinate with kitchen, counter, service, and rider teams during operations
• Learn and follow Wrap Lab SOPs for hygiene, food quality, grooming, service, and cleanliness
• Support staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity monitoring
• Assist in inventory checks, wastage control, stock usage, and product availability
• Help manage peak-hour pressure and maintain smooth service flow
• Support complaint handling and learn proper customer recovery methods
• Assist in opening and closing checklists as per branch requirements
• Prepare basic reports related to shift performance, staff issues, complaints, and operational gaps
• Work with branch teams to identify daily execution issues and follow up on improvements
• Learn cash/POS discipline, billing flow, and order management systems
• Participate in training sessions, branch audits, and performance reviews
• Gradually take ownership of small operational areas before moving toward shift leadership

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Educational background in Tourism & Hospitality, BBA, Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong interest in QSR, restaurant operations, hospitality, and branch management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong multitasking ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle operational pressure and learn on the floor
• Good observation skills and problem-solving mindset
• Energetic, disciplined, punctual, and hands-on personality
• Comfortable working with frontline staff and branch teams
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge will be preferred
• Willingness to work in shifts and learn practical restaurant operations
• Serious attitude toward building a long-term career in hospitality / QSR operations
