We are looking for an experienced Order Taker to accurately take and process customer orders using tablets/POS systems while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and enter customer orders accurately using tablets/POS.
  • Coordinate orders with kitchen and serving staff.
  • Handle order modifications and customer requests.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant restaurant/order-taking experience.
  • Comfortable using tablets and POS systems.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Fast, accurate, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
