About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision and AI model development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, training, evaluating, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications. The role requires strong software engineering skills to build scalable ML pipelines, post-processing algorithms, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Design and implement computer vision solutions for image and video analytics.
• Work with object detection, classification, segmentation, pose estimation, and OCR models.
• Build data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation pipelines.
• Integrate AI models with backend systems, databases, and external platforms through APIs.
• Develop post-processing algorithms to improve model accuracy and business outcomes.
• Convert and optimize models using ONNX and TensorRT for efficient inference.
• Deploy AI models to cloud and edge environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Troubleshoot model performance issues and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Python code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch.
• Experience working with YOLO-based object detection models.
• Experience with OpenCV, MediaPipe, and image/video processing.
• Experience with developing real-time video analytics systems.
• Familiarity with OCR technologies such as EasyOCR, PaddleOCR, or Tesseract.
• Experience with model training, evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of ONNX model export and deployment workflows.
• Experience with TensorRT optimization and model quantization.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and algorithm development.
• Experience with Docker and Conda environments.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
• Experience with balancing tradeoff between cloud costs, computational resources and model accuracy.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
