The Role

The Business Research Analyst will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organization by providing data-driven insights, conducting market and business research, supporting strategic initiatives, and developing operational improvement plans.

This position offers significant autonomy, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to influence major business decisions across a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and regulatory research.
• Analyze operational and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of corporate strategy and business growth initiatives.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior management.
• Develop business plans, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations.
• Create investment and funding decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and document business processes and process maps.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and digital transformation.
• Support AI, technology, and innovation projects across the organization.
• Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with operational, clinical, and corporate teams.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

• MBA, Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and present complex information clearly.
• Experience creating business plans and strategic reports.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• MBA graduates from leading institutions such as NUST, IBA, GIKI, LUMS, or equivalent international universities.
• Experience in healthcare, consulting, technology, or business strategy environments.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, business intelligence, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing investment decks, funding proposals, or board-level presentations.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or similar platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
