Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen its finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, reporting, compliance, and cost control within a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and payroll.
• Manage inventory accounting and coordinate with store, supply chain, and production teams for accurate cost tracking and valuation.
• Monitor and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings, along with reconciliation of all key accounts (banks, payable, receivables, fixed assets, etc.).
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis for senior management decision-making.
• Support the budgeting process by collecting departmental inputs and preparing consolidated forecasts.
• Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee implementation and optimal use of ERP and financial software (BX.).
• Ensure External Audit report to be submitted on time liaison with Internal Auditors
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all tax obligations (sales tax, income tax, withholding tax) and assist in audit processes.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the finance function.
• Maintain and update the expense database, manage cost tracking, and assist in product costing and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (HR, Procurement, Production, Sales) for financial planning and control.
• Mentor, guide, and evaluate finance team members to build a high-performing unit.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.

Job Specification:

• Qualification: CA / ACCA Qualified
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Mandatory Experience: Prior experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG industry is required
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, product costing, and manufacturing finance
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and financial software
• Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit processes
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
