About the Role

Spectrum Healthcare Management's Integrated Marketing and Technology Department supports SNBCare, an outpatient behavioral health practice serving patients in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with expansion into additional U.S. states. SNBCare offers therapy, psychiatric medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato (esketamine) treatment. All marketing work in this role is directed at U.S. patient audiences and must meet U.S. healthcare privacy standards, including HIPAA.

The Social Media & Creative Specialist owns SNBCare's outward-facing presence on social media. This role plans, designs, and produces content, runs creative campaigns that build awareness and trust, and turns social engagement into patient inquiries. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer and video editor who can also think strategically about audience, messaging, and results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Calendar – Build and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, aligned with SNBCare's brand, service lines, and business priorities. Recommend new platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts) when justified by data.

4. Short-Form Video – Plan, script, and edit short-form video, including educational content, clinician features, office and team content, and service explainers.

5. Creative Campaigns – Develop and execute campaigns around service lines (e.g., TMS, Spravato, therapy), mental health awareness dates, community events, and new location launches.

6. Boosting & Paid Social Support – Manage boosted posts within approved budgets and produce creative for paid social campaigns in coordination with the Web & Search Marketing Specialist.

7. Community Management – Monitor and respond to comments and messages within agreed response times using approved protocols. Route patient inquiries to intake promptly and never discuss clinical or personal health information in public or private social channels.

8. Clinical Review & Compliance – Obtain clinician sign-off before publishing any clinical or educational content. Never post identifiable patient information; use patient stories or testimonials only with written authorization. Follow platform healthcare advertising policies.

9. Brand Management – Maintain and apply SNBCare brand guidelines consistently, and support the ongoing rebrand and Vision/Mission/Values rollout.

10. Analytics & Reporting – Deliver monthly reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, website clicks from social, and social-sourced patient referrals, with clear recommendations for the next month.

11. Collaboration – Work closely with the Web & Search Marketing Specialist, Direct Marketing team, intake team, and any external agency partners to keep messaging consistent across channels.
