Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of business development and sales processes, and the ability to confidently communicate with clients in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Generate and develop a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations in a professional manner.
• Clearly communicate the company's services, value proposition, and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client needs.
• Lead negotiations with prospective clients and work toward successfully closing business deals.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, including lead status, follow-ups, opportunities, and client information.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support lead-generation campaigns and business expansion initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about healthcare, medical billing, and revenue cycle management industry trends.
• Maintain a professional image and represent Dr. Biller RCM effectively during client interactions and business meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in the medical billing, healthcare, RCM, or US healthcare industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with decision-makers and build professional relationships.
• Willingness to work the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM shift on a full-time, office-based basis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with international, particularly US-based, clients.
• Familiarity with healthcare services, medical billing, or revenue cycle management.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
