Medical Billing QA Analyst

Healthrix is looking for an experienced Medical Billing QA Analyst to join our growing team! If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and a passion for quality assurance, we want to hear from you. Help us drive operational excellence, minimize revenue leakage, and ensure top-tier compliance across our billing processes.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Audit medical billing/RCM transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Review CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, documentation and claim details.
• Audit claim submission, rejections, denials, A/R and payment posting.
• Identify billing errors, trends, and revenue leakage.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer policies and SOPs.
• Prepare QA scorecards, audit reports and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor accuracy, productivity, denial rate, rejection rate and TAT.
• Provide feedback/coaching to billing and AR teams.
• Support process improvement, SOP updates and staff training.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree.
• EHR EMR experience or ECW the tools.Good knowledge of RCM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• 2-3 years experience in Relevant field.
