Corvids Lab is looking for an experienced Medical Billing Specialist & Healthcare Job Closer who understands the US healthcare billing process and can also communicate with clients, understand their requirements and help close new healthcare projects.

This is a dual-role position. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on medical billing knowledge along with the confidence and communication skills needed to speak with potential clients and close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle medical billing, claims submission, payment posting, denials, AR follow-up, and insurance verification.
• Work with US healthcare billing processes, insurance companies, and payer requirements.
• Review claims and identify billing errors or missing information.
• Follow up on denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
• Maintain accurate billing and patient/account records.
• Communicate professionally with healthcare clients and understand their billing requirements.
• Conduct calls and meetings with potential clients.
• Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate billing/RCM solutions.
• Prepare and present solutions or service offerings to prospects.
• Follow up with leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with prospects and close medical billing/RCM projects.
• Coordinate with the internal team after closing to ensure a smooth project handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare RCM.
• Strong understanding of US medical billing and insurance processes.
• Experience with claims, denials, AR, payment posting, and eligibility verification.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident speaking with US-based clients.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or closing healthcare/medical billing projects is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert opportunities into closed projects.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working with US clients/time zones.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Medical Billing + RCM Sales + Client Closing will be strongly preferred.

Experience working with medical billing companies, RCM companies, healthcare providers, medical practices, or US-based healthcare clients is a plus.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
