Position: CSR/Call Center Agent/Medical Admin

Location: E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 PKR (salary range based on interview performance)

Working Hours: 3:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively within and outside the organization to ensure smooth interactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using communication tools and software.
• Flexibility to work from 3:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
