5. Administrative ability to maintain healthcare records, prepare reports on incidents, keep medical stocks maintained and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure students' health

Desirable Skills / KSA

Experienced Registered Nurse

To provide basic nursing services to students residing in the hostel, monitor their health and well-being, assist in managing minor illnesses and medical emergencies, maintain health records, and support a safe, healthy, and caring living environment for all hostel residents.

1. Provide basic nursing care and first aid to hostel students.

2. Assess and monitor students with minor illnesses or injuries and report any concerns to MI Room / nearest hospital.

3. Maintain accurate health records, treatment logs, and medication registers.

4. Assist in administering medications as directed by the doctor.

5. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and arrange transportation to hospital when required.

6. Monitor students with ongoing health conditions and provide healthcare support.

7. Promote personal hygiene, health education, and disease prevention among hostel residents.

8. Ensure the hostel first aid kits and medical supplies are adequately stocked and maintained.

9. Coordinate with hostel administration, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers regarding students' health needs when required.

10. Prepare reports on health incidents

11. Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor in support of student health

Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
