About the Role:
EZ MD Solutions is hiring an experienced Virtual Medical Assistant to support US healthcare practices with billing, scheduling, and insurance-related administrative work. Ideal for candidates who already have hands-on VMA experience and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced healthcare support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling, insurance verification, and billing support for US healthcare clients
• Operate practice management software such as eClinicalWorks (eCW) or Athena
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously across scheduling, documentation, and patient communication
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in all administrative healthcare tasks
• Communicate professionally and clearly with US-based patients and staff

Requirements:

• Clear, neutral English (spoken and written)
• Medical/clinical graduates (MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Pharm-D, DPT, or related) preferred
• Prior VMA experience required
• Hands-on experience with practice management software (eCW, Athena, or similar)
• Background in insurance verification or scheduling
• Strong multitasking ability and tech comfort
• Able to commute to and work from our Rawalpindi office daily (night shift)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
