Job Description:

• Help individuals and families find the right match
• Counsel and guide clients regarding marriage and relationship matters
• Understand client preferences and suggest suitable matches
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between potential matches
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
• Maintain proper records and client profiles

Requirements:

• Intermediate to Masters
• 3+ Years Customer Service experience in a fast paced organization in an office based environment.
• Excellent command and speed on Computer, CRM, WhatsApp, Internet, Search.
• Excellent Communication and Conversation Skills
• Understanding of Pakistani family, cultural, and Islamic values
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, matchmaking or client handling is a plus point
• Ability to handle sensitive discussions with maturity and discretion
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
• Punctuality, Sense of Responsibility, Reliability, Proactivity, Dedication, Integrity, Medically Fit.

Positions are available at our three branches in Karachi:

• DHA, Phase V, 26th Street, Badar Commercial Area, Above KFC, Karachi
• Gulshan e Iqbal, Rashid Minhas Road, Block 5, Below NIPA Flyover, Karachi
• North Nazimabad, Block D, 5 Star Roundabout, Karachi

Days and Timing:

• Six Days A Week
• Morning Shift: 11 am to 8 pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2 pm to 11 pm

Package:

• Full-time, Office Based / Onsite Job
• Basic Salary (Depends on Skills, Relevant Experience, Performance in Interview, Test and Demo)
