Position: Medical Camp Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and organized Medical Camp Coordinator to lead and supervise our medical camps across Pakistan. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals who enjoy fieldwork, team coordination, and making a meaningful impact on communities.

As a Medical Camp Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising medical camps while ensuring smooth operations, quality patient care, and effective coordination with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise medical camps across Pakistan.
  • Travel nationwide to oversee camp operations and ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, local partners, and vendors before and during medical camps.
  • Supervise medical and support staff during camp activities.
  • Ensure proper patient registration, consultation flow, and documentation.
  • Monitor the availability and proper utilization of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
  • Prepare post-camp reports, patient data, and operational summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs and healthcare standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for logistics, transportation, accommodation, and operational requirements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Public Health, or another relevant healthcare discipline.

Experience

  • Experience in organizing or supervising medical camps will be highly preferred.
  • Experience in hospitals, NGOs, or the healthcare sector is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage field operations.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across Pakistan for medical camp supervision.
  • Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
