Job Title: Clinical Informatics Officer
Location: Lahore Office
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for motivated and clinically sound Clinical Informatics Officers to join our Lahore office. This role is ideal for MBBS doctors, medical graduates, postgraduate trainees, or physicians with an interest in healthcare IT, EHR systems, digital health, AI-enabled clinical solutions, and specialty-specific healthcare platforms.
The selected candidate will work closely with clinical, product, IT, and implementation teams to support the design, development, validation, training, and implementation of digital healthcare solutions, while also coordinating with US-based physicians and healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT, product, UI/UX, QA, and implementation teams to develop and improve healthcare technology solutions.
  • Translate clinical workflows into system requirements, screens, forms, templates, dashboards, documentation flows, and care pathways.
  • Support the development of specialty-specific solutions such as primary care, nephrology, dialysis, cardiology, mental health, chronic care, telehealth, and other digital health programs.
  • Work with US-based physicians and healthcare teams to understand requirements, customize workflows, and support system implementation.
  • Review and validate clinical content, medical forms, templates, care plans, assessments, order sets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Conduct system training sessions and product demonstrations for physicians, healthcare staff, and internal teams.
  • Assist in troubleshooting clinical, workflow, and operational issues reported by users.
  • Provide medical insights to ensure the solutions are clinically accurate, practical, user-friendly, and aligned with real-world healthcare workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between physicians, clinical teams, business teams, and software development teams.
  • Support documentation of functional requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, training material, and implementation guides.
  • Contribute to clinical decision support, alerts, reminders, AI/NLP use cases, automation, and structured clinical documentation where required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBBS degree is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical practice, healthcare operations, medical informatics, digital health, EHR/EMR implementation, or healthcare technology is preferred.
  • Fresh medical graduates with strong interest in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, AI in healthcare, or digital health may also be considered.
  • Doctors pursuing specialization, postgraduate training, FCPS/MD/MS pathways, or clinical fellowships are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, documentation, patient care processes, and healthcare operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with physicians, software developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, implementation teams, and international stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Prior exposure to EHR/EMR systems, telemedicine platforms, hospital information systems, or digital health applications will be a plus.
  • Basic understanding of ICD, CPT, HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, LOINC, or healthcare data standards will be an added advantage.
